The following is a systematic plan for the full lifecycle maintenance and management of high and low temperature test chambers, covering professional guidance in three dimensions: preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance, and emergency response:
1、 Construction of graded maintenance system
Second level monthly maintenance (performed on the first day of each month)
Deep care of refrigeration units
Use an electronic leak detector to detect the leakage rate of pipeline welding points (qualification standard: annual leakage rate<3g)

③ The sample loading capacity shall not exceed 70% of the volume (with sufficient reserved return air channels)
Special measures for high-temperature aging
When working continuously above+150 ℃:
Replace the silicone sealing strip every week (ordinary rubber accelerates hardening failure at this temperature)
Monthly verification of the integrity of the coating layer on the glass observation window (to prevent local overheating and bursting)
Establish an independent heat dissipation and exhaust system (to export the heat from the chassis to the outside)
