The rapid heating and cooling of the cold and hot shock test chamber are the key to achieving its function. By adopting high-performance compressors, optimized refrigeration and heating system design, advanced control technology, and coordinated control of refrigeration and heating, it can meet the needs of rapid high and low temperature shock testing of the test chamber. Continuous technological innovation and development will further promote the high and low temperature shock test chamber to play a more important role in product quality inspection and reliability evaluation.

  • Core principle: Based on refrigeration and heating technology, the test sample is subjected to thermal shock testing by quickly switching the temperature inside the box.

  • Refrigeration system:

  • Composition: compressor, condenser, throttling device (expansion valve or capillary tube, etc.), and evaporator.

  • Process: The refrigerant circulates in the system through four processes: compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation, continuously removing heat from the test chamber and achieving refrigeration.

  • Heating system:

  • Method: Using electric heating elements, the temperature inside the test chamber is gradually increased by controlling the heating element's energization time and current size.

  • Workflow:

    Pre cooling/preheating: Based on the set temperature, the cooling or heating system starts working to bring the test chamber to the desired temperature.

  • Test: Automatically control the high and low temperature air valves, switch between low or high temperature zones, and quickly reach the target temperature for the test.
