Brief Introduction

Metallographic microscope is one of the components of metallographic analyzer, which is one of the main equipment in the physical and chemical laboratory of metal materials. It adopts the principle of quantitative metallography to determine the three-dimensional spatial morphology of alloy structure by measuring and calculating the metallographic microstructure of two-dimensional metallographic samples or thin films, thereby establishing a quantitative relationship between alloy composition, structure and properties.

Metallographic analysis is a high-tech product developed by combining optical microscopy technology, photoelectric conversion technology, and computer image processing technology. It can easily observe metallographic images on a computer, analyze and grade metallographic spectra, and output and print images. Metallographic analysis is an important means of inspecting processing technology and heat treatment quality.

Metallographic analysis microscope body:

Metallographic microscope is used to observe and analyze the microstructure of a sample by magnifying its surface. Prior to metallographic analysis, the material is generally treated. Sample preparation equipment includes cutting machines, inlaying machines, pre grinding machines, polishing machines, and corrosion testers,

Metallographic microscopes are generally classified into the following categories: monocular, binocular, upright and inverted, desktop, horizontal, and portable; Reflective and translucent; Bright field, bright field polarization, bright dark field, and polarized microscope, etc;

Metallographic analyzer is a method of quantitative metallographic analysis using a computer; It is gradually becoming a powerful tool for people to analyze and study various materials, establish quantitative relationships between the microstructure and various properties of materials, and study the kinetics of material microstructure transformation. By using a computer image analysis system, various parameters such as area percentage, average size, average spacing, aspect ratio, etc. of the feature can be easily measured. Then, based on these parameters, the three-dimensional spatial form, quantity, size, and distribution of the feature can be determined, and an intrinsic relationship can be established with the mechanical properties of the material, providing reliable data for more scientific evaluation and rational use of materials.

The main analysis items include:

1) Image processing, editing, and graphic report functions:

Analyze and process images obtained through CCD, digital cameras, scanners, and other known methods, including: freely selecting image areas, adding grid lines, overlaying scales, inserting text annotations, inserting arrow annotations, adjusting brightness, Camma, sharpening images, color and grayscale conversion, horizontal and vertical mirroring, image rotation, image enlargement and reduction, presenting graphic and textual reports in specified formats, and outputting them in Word, Excel, PDF formats, etc.

2) Measurement function:

Length measurement, width measurement, line measurement, three-point angle measurement, four point angle measurement, rectangle measurement, two-point circle drawing, three-point circle drawing, circle drawing with known center radius, radian measurement, triangle polygon measurement, triangle polygon and circumcircle measurement, etc.

3) Fixed magnification printing function:
