- Heating stage: The sample in the distillation flask is heated by infrared heating or an electric heating jacket, and the heating power is precisely controlled by a PID temperature control system to avoid local overheating that may cause the sample to boil or components to decompose.
- Vaporization separation: At a set temperature, the target components with lower boiling points (such as ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenols, solvents, etc.) of the sample are first vaporized to form steam.
- Condensation stage: Steam enters the condensation tube through the distillation branch pipe, and there is cooling water (or a built-in condensation system in the equipment) inside the condensation tube. After the steam is cooled, it liquefies into liquid.
- Quantitative reception: The liquefied distillate flows into the receiving bottle along the condenser tube, and the equipment monitors the receiving amount in real time through a weight sensor or volume sensor. When the preset value is reached, the heating automatically stops and the distillation is completed.
- Intelligent temperature control: Built in high-precision temperature sensor, real-time feedback heating temperature, dynamically adjusting heating power through PID algorithm, temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃.
- Anti boiling design: Some models are equipped with anti boiling devices (such as magnetic stirring, inert gas blowing), or use gradient heating mode to prevent the sample from boiling violently.
- Independent channel control: Multi channel models support independent parameter settings for each channel, allowing for simultaneous processing of different types of samples without interference.
