From October 16 to 17, 2025, our company welcomed the representative team of Türkiye's agents to carry out two-day product training and technical exchange activities. This activity aims to improve the professional ability of agents in product use, troubleshooting and maintenance, so as to better serve customers in Türkiye market.

Day 1: Product Introduction and Technical Communication

On the morning of October 16th, the agent team visited our company's exhibition hall and production line, focusing on understanding the product characteristics and application scenarios of ion chromatography and intelligent integrated distillation apparatus. Focusing on the actual needs of the Türkiye market, our product manager had in-depth communication with the other party on local water quality standards and user operating habits.

In the afternoon of that day, both sides visited the Zhengding Ancient City in Shijiazhuang together. By visiting historical sites, foreign guests further understood the profound cultural heritage of China and promoted cultural exchanges between the two sides.

Next day: Professional training and practical guidance

On October 17th, our company organized a systematic product training for the agent team, which included the operation methods of the ion chromatograph dual system workstation, common troubleshooting skills, and daily maintenance points. By combining theoretical explanation with practical operation, we aim to assist agent representatives in mastering product usage and basic maintenance skills proficiently.
