The measurement results of the total hydrocarbon analyzer are accurate and reliable
Date: 2025-11-25Read: 1
The measurement results of the total carbon hydrogen analyzer are accurate and reliable, and can previously determine the total carbon and total hydrogen content in the sample, providing strong data support for scientific research, environmental monitoring, and industrial production; Compared to traditional methods, it can complete the analysis of a large number of samples in a short period of time, improving work efficiency; It can be used for various types of samples, including solid, liquid, and gas samples, and has a wide range of application fields, such as research and production in chemistry, materials, environment, and other fields.
Precautions for using total hydrocarbon analyzer:
1. Environmental requirements
-Good ventilation: The instrument should be placed in a well ventilated area to avoid the accumulation of exhaust gases generated during combustion, which may affect the health of operators and the performance of the instrument.
-Temperature suitability: Maintain a stable and suitable working environment temperature, as temperatures that are too high or too low may affect the accuracy and stability of the instrument.
-Vibration free and dry: prevent the instrument from being affected by vibration interference, and ensure that the surrounding environment is relatively dry to reduce the impact of moisture on the instrument.
2. Safety protection
-Personal protective equipment: Operators should wear protective gloves and glasses to prevent splashing injuries from chemicals or samples.
-Emergency response: In case of instrument malfunction, abnormality or other unexpected situations, the operation should be stopped in a timely manner and maintenance personnel should be contacted.
3. Operating standards
-Familiarize yourself with the operation manual: Before use, be sure to carefully read and understand the nature, usage methods, and precautions of the analyzer, and master its external structure and internal components such as instruments and electrical appliances. Strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid instrument damage or inaccurate measurement results caused by misoperation.
-Avoiding interference factors: During the measurement process, attention should be paid to avoiding the influence of external factors such as electromagnetic interference and electrostatic interference on the instrument. At the same time, it is also necessary to prevent sample contamination and ensure the authenticity of measurement results.
4. Daily maintenance and upkeep
-Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the instrument, removing dust, dirt, and other pollutants, especially key parts such as the combustion chamber and injection system. You can use a clean soft cloth to wipe the surface of the instrument, and special cleaning agents can be used for parts that are difficult to clean.
-Calibration and verification: Regularly calibrate and verify the instrument according to its instructions to ensure the accuracy of measurement results. Generally, standard gases or standard solutions can be used for calibration, and multi-point calibration can be performed as needed.
-Replacement of vulnerable parts: Pay attention to the service life of vulnerable parts of the instrument, such as sealing rings, filters, etc., and replace severely worn parts in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
5. Sample management
-Representative sampling: Ensure that the sample taken is representative and can truly reflect the overall situation of the tested substance. Otherwise, even if the instrument measurement is accurate, reliable overall conclusions cannot be obtained.
-Sample preservation and handling: The collected samples should be properly stored to avoid deterioration or contamination. During the sample processing, attention should be paid to operating procedures to prevent the introduction of additional errors.
