In 2021, LI-COR released Soil N₂O/CH₄/CO₂/H₂O flux professional analysis software——SoilFluxPro^TM5.2Here are some of the main features of the software.

■ Data variables are clear at a glance

Not only the soil greenhouse gas flux, but also the data collected by each sensor and system related parameters of the entire system can be displayed in the list as needed by users.

■Statistical data calculation

Select variables as needed, and the software automatically calculates the mean, maximum, minimum, and standard deviation of the variables.

■Automatically correct incorrect temperature probe data

Chamber temperature is an important intermediate variable in flux calculation. When the Chamber temperature sensor data of certain channels is abnormal, the Chamber temperature data collected from other channels during the same period can be reassigned.

■Implement recalculation of all variables

The software is embedded with multiple calculation formulas, making it easy to recalculate data for all variables. We have customized and developed a recalculation module for the EC-5, ML3 soil moisture content sensors, and 8150-203 temperature sensors in the previous measurement system (see figure below for details).

■Accurate calculation of flux

Re check all relevant parameters: effectively avoiding measurement errorsIncorrect input(such as soil area, Chamber Offset)Unreasonable selection of calculation durationCalculation deviation caused by waiting.
