We provide the user with a 160 cubic meter industrial oxygen concentrator. After running the equipment for 3 months, we conducted the initial daily inspection and found the following issues:

1. The equipment has a loud noise. After inspection, it was found that the exhaust sound of the muffler is too loud. The reason is that this equipment is composed of two 80 square meter devices connected in parallel. The user originally used one air compressor to correspond to one oxygen generator. Later, due to unclear usage, the two air compressors were fully opened to correspond to one oxygen generator, causing an instantaneous excessive airflow and impacting the muffler. When the airflow passes quickly, the sound becomes louder. The solution is to disassemble and assemble the muffler, reinforce it internally, and add new muffler cotton to solve the problem. We hope that users will have a dedicated person responsible for and use it scientifically during actual use.

2. There is water in the air pressure buffer tank, which is a normal phenomenon. Generally, normal compressed air will carry water. The purpose of the buffer tank is to remove water and stabilize the pressure, thereby reducing the water treatment burden for subsequent oxygen production. It is necessary to regularly drain the buffer tank.

3. The purity does not meet the standard. Reason: During the customer's use, two air compressors were simultaneously turned on, corresponding to one oxygen concentrator, which instantly increased the airflow. The sensor measurement of the oxygen meter exceeded the instantaneous high value, and the pressure of the air compressor was too low. The normal required pressure is 0.6-0.7MP. The solution is to use a one-to-one corresponding oxygen concentrator for the air compressor, and the purity can be restored to normal to achieve a purity of over 90%.

After this inspection, we have also realized some problems that users encounter during use, and we understand that we should emphasize practical application issues more when training customers. The customer gave us positive feedback on our overall maintenance and praised our service!
