  Sulfide analyzerIt is an instrument specifically used to measure the concentration of sulfides in domestic water, drinking water, surface water, and treated wastewater. Widely used in emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical, hospital wastewater, food, printing and dyeing industry wastewater testing, as well as wastewater research in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities.
Its core function is to convert sulfides in water samples, soil, or gases into measurable signals (such as current, absorbance, or gas concentration) through chemical reactions or physical methods, thereby achieving accurate quantification of sulfide content.
  Sulfide analyzerOperation process and precautions:
1. Water sample collection and preservation
Collect water samples using clean glass or plastic bottles, avoiding prolonged exposure to air to prevent oxidation of sulfides.
If preservation is required, add an appropriate preservative to stabilize the sulfide content.
2. Preprocessing steps
Filtering: Removing suspended solids and particulate matter from water samples.
Acidification: Adjust the pH value to an appropriate range to ensure the complete conversion of sulfides into hydrogen sulfide gas.
Blowing: Using nitrogen as a carrier gas, blow out hydrogen sulfide gas and absorb it into a specific solution.
3. Instrument calibration and testing
Use high-precision sulfide standard solution or gas sample for calibration to ensure the accuracy of test results.
Operate according to the instrument manual to avoid human error.
4. Data recording and analysis
Record the testing time, location, water sample number, and concentration value.
Review abnormal data to ensure the reliability of the results.
