Operation and Maintenance
(1)Preparation work before operation
1Spray or drip some engine oil on the sliding parts of the column surface
2Fill the fuel tank for the first time when starting up46#hydraulic oil
3The hydraulic pump of this equipment rotates clockwise and cannot be reversed. After wiring, start the hydraulic pump with the power indicator light on, and then run it idle after starting3-5Minutes, working under pressure.
(II)operating procedure
1Push the hydraulic valve lever forward to raise the tray30-50mmPull the control lever backwards to lower the tray, and repeat the operation without any malfunction or delay in action, then it can work normally.
2Lower the tray to a lower positionTake the mold and spray an oil film on the mold barrel and upper and lower pressure columns to prevent adhesion after molding and facilitate demolding
3Load the prepared mixture into the mold bucket in batches, and after each loading, use a pestle to evenly compact it. Then, place the upper pressure column into the mold bucket
4Place the loaded mold on the tray, push the control lever to raise the pressure column and mold barrel until the upper pressure column is pressed into the mold barrel, then release the control lever. Hold the specimen under pressure for one minute and pull the control lever to lower the mold and trayPosition.
5After the test piece is formed, move the mold to the demolding position. The mold must be aligned with the demolding outlet, and the marking on the tray can be used as a reference. Push the control lever to raise the lower pressure column to the highest position, and wait for the test pieceAfter being pushed out of the mold barrel, carefully remove the specimen for curing.
6After each experiment, wipe off any residue on the machine and spray an oil film on the moving parts for future use
