Without calibration for a long time, sensors are prone to fatigue, resulting in zero drift errors. AQM-2000 is a multi-level self calibrating dust detector that solves the problem of tedious and difficult daily maintenance of various monitoring terminals during multi-point online monitoring.

Daily cleaning and inspection:

Optical window maintenance:

Clean the optical window of the laser scattering instrument with a 50% medical alcohol+distilled water solution to avoid residual oily pollutants.

Check the filter membrane of the beta ray analyzer weekly for damage or dirt, and replace it promptly (the weighing instrument needs to be calibrated synchronously).

Sampling system maintenance:

Regularly flush the air filter with compressed air or clean water, and replace it if the air resistance is too high.

Check the sealing of the sampling pipeline to prevent data deviation caused by air leakage.
