In order to deepen the integration and application of domestic scientific instruments in the customs field and further promote the vigorous development of China's scientific instrument industry, the China Association for Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine (referred to as "CIQ") successfully held the "China Scientific Instrument Exhibition Group Enters Customs" event in Huairou, Beijing from August 31 to September 1.
The purpose of this event is to build a bridge for outstanding domestic scientific instrument manufacturers to have the opportunity to share their technological innovation achievements with the customs system. The event also specially invited 20 senior industry experts to form a judging panel, which conducted a comprehensive review of the carefully selected 50 domestic instrument manufacturers, covering instrument performance evaluation, technological innovation highlights, and in-depth analysis of technical strength. Beijing Jitian Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jitian Instrument"), with its profound brand heritage and product quality, has successfully been selected and showcased its excellent technology.

At the opening ceremony of the event, Zuo Shuxuan, Secretary General of the Laboratory Branch of the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, presided over the opening ceremony. Zhang Lin, Deputy Secretary General of the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, Wang Jiwei, President of the Laboratory Testing Instrument and Equipment Branch of the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, and Liu Xin, Deputy Director of the Technical Equipment Research Institute of the China Customs Science and Technology Research Center, delivered speeches respectively. At the same time, in the future, the customs system will further strengthen the standardization system construction, formulate more verification and evaluation standards, and hope that domestic scientific instrument manufacturers can seize the opportunity to showcase technological innovation achievements and work together to promote the application of domestic instruments in the customs field.

After the opening ceremony, the evaluation work officially began, and the entire evaluation work was divided into two groups, A and B. Group A is led by Zhang Feng, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences, with Professor Zhang Xinrong, Professor Zheng Wenjie, and Director Lv Ning as deputy leaders. They are mainly responsible for reviewing instruments such as mass spectrometry and chromatography. Group B is led by Chen Ying, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences, with Professor Guo Yong, Deputy Director Liu Xin, and Tang Mengqi as deputy leaders. The main focus of the review is on spectroscopy, biotechnology, and other equipment.

Tan Xinwei, the general manager of Jitian Instrument, attended the evaluation event and gave a thorough and wonderful presentation on Jitian Instrument's technological innovation achievements in the fields of spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. He elaborated on the various performance indicators and detection methods of the product, and conducted in-depth comparative analysis with similar imported instruments in the international market, highlighting Jitian Instrument's core competitiveness in the product.
