A rapid analysis method for 15 pesticide residues in tobacco using acetonitrile extraction, dispersed solid-phase extraction purification, and Agilent 1200 high-performance liquid chromatography tandem API4000 triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for the detection of pesticide residues such as "Piketone" in tobacco. The results showed that the recovery rates of 15 pesticides at three spiked levels of 0.10, 0.25, and 0.50 μ g/g were 70.43% -117.81%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.16% -13.89%, and detection limits of 0.004-0.30 μ g/g. This method is suitable for rapid analysis of multiple pesticide residues in bulk tobacco samples.
