  Teaching demonstration fermentation tankIt is a device designed specifically for teaching microbial fermentation experiments, and its core functions include:
Accurate environmental control
Temperature regulation: Through a jacket or coil structure, precise temperature control of ± 0.2 ℃ is achieved using circulating heat medium (such as hot water) or cold medium (such as cold water), simulating the optimal growth temperature of different microorganisms (such as 25-30 ℃ required for yeast fermentation of alcohol).
Ventilation and stirring: By introducing sterile air and using a stirring blade (adjustable speed of 50-1000rpm), the air is dispersed into small bubbles, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and meeting the oxygen requirements of aerobic microorganisms (such as Escherichia coli), while promoting uniform distribution of nutrients.
PH adjustment: Equipped with a pH detection and control system, when the pH deviates from the set range (such as 2-12), an acid or alkali solution is automatically added for adjustment to maintain the acid-base environment required for microbial metabolism.
Dissolved oxygen (DO) control: Real time monitoring and adjustment of ventilation or stirring speed through dissolved oxygen electrodes to ensure that dissolved oxygen levels meet fermentation requirements (such as high dissolved oxygen environments required for antibiotic production).
Process monitoring and data recording
Real time display of temperature pH、 Parameters such as dissolved oxygen and rotational speed can be exported to a computer for subsequent analysis, helping students understand fermentation kinetics.
Some models are equipped with cameras or observation windows to visually observe the state of fermentation liquid (such as foam and bacterial precipitation).
Safe and convenient design
Sterilization function: Supports online steam sterilization (121 ℃, 30 minutes) or high-pressure sterilization pot pretreatment to ensure aseptic operation.
Explosion proof and sealing: mechanical shaft seals or magnetic stirring are used to avoid leakage; Equipped with a safety valve to prevent excessive pressure.
Modular structure: The tank, mixer, sensor, etc. can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning and maintenance.
