On January 16, 2017, Electronic held the 2017 Annual Work Conference and 2017 Spring Festival Annual Meeting with the theme of "Focusing on Professionalism, Working Together to Create the Future. The annual work meeting reviewed the achievements of the company in 2016 and deployed the key tasks for 2017. At the Spring Festival annual meeting, teams and individuals were commended, and a variety of colorful programs created a joyful and peaceful festive atmosphere. Wang Yan, Chairman of Beijing Electric Control, Zhang Jinsong, Vice President of Beijing Electric Control and Chairman of Electronics, Geng Jinqi, Vice Chairman of Electronics, Zhao Jinrong, President of Electronics, Ms. Tao Haihong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Electronics, and other company leaders, as well as members of various business groups, business units, and employee representatives, attended this grand event.

At the annual work meeting, the general managers of the semiconductor equipment, precision electronic components, vacuum technology equipment, and new energy lithium battery equipment business groups respectively gave wonderful reports on the business situation in 2016 and future development plans. Subsequently, President Zhao Jinrong delivered a report on the 2017 annual work conference titled "Gathering Innovation and Embarking on a New Journey!", reviewing the excellent achievements of Electronics in capital operation, business management, brand building, talent team building, and other aspects in 2016. He announced higher business goals for the company in 2017, deployed key work tasks for 2017, and looked forward to 2020. He also released the "13th Five Year Plan" for Electronics, clarifying the company's strategic positioning and development plan.

Subsequently, Secretary Tao Haihong presented the annual work report of the company's party committee. In 2016, the electronic party organization achieved good results in party building, talent team construction, and corporate culture construction, enabling the party organization to play a very active role in enterprise management. Looking forward to 2017, higher work goals were proposed for the company's party building work.
