This instrument is a high-voltage testing device designed using the 50 point electrode method according to the requirements of GB/T 36363-2018 Polyolefin Separators for Lithium ion Batteries, GB/T 13542-2006, and IEC 60674-2:1988 Plastic Film for Electrical Use. Mainly used for the breakdown voltage per square meter of insulation materials such as lithium battery separators, polyurethane films, plastic films, and polypropylene films under a given DC voltage. By using computer control and human-machine dialogue, various data during the experimental process can be quickly and accurately collected, processed, accessed, displayed, and printed.

According to the national standards "GB/T 36363-2018 Polyolefin separators for lithium-ion batteries" and "GB/T 13541-2006 Test methods for plastic films for electrical use", electrical weakness testing is required for plastic films for electrical use.
