Rain testing machine is a device commonly used to simulate the impact of rainwater on objects, products or materials, and is widely used in testing fields such as electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, building materials, coatings, etc. The main purpose of this device is to evaluate whether the product has waterproof, moisture-proof, weather resistant and other properties in the presence of rainwater or moisture by simulating rainwater erosion in natural environments.
Rain Test MachineThe working principle of the sample is based on the artificial simulation of the natural rainwater immersion environment to evaluate its water resistance, sealing performance, and other properties under specific conditions. The equipment usually consists of a water source system, a sprinkler system, a control system, a sample holder, and a testing chamber.
1. Water source system: A water source with a certain pressure and flow rate is required, usually pumped to the nozzle by a water pump. The water source is usually tap water or deionized water to ensure stable water quality during the testing process.
2. Sprinkler system: The sprinkler system is its core component, which simulates the spraying effect of rainwater. Sprinklers are usually set in the shape of multi holes or spray, and different rainfall intensities and patterns are simulated through different spray angles, spraying densities, spraying times, etc.

3. Control system: The control system is used to adjust various parameters during the entire rain process, including water flow rate, spray time, temperature and humidity, etc. Equipped with an automated control system, it can be programmed and operated through a touch screen, computer, or PLC to achieve multiple testing modes and high-precision control.
4. Sample holder: The sample holder is used to secure the test item in the designated position during the testing process. According to the testing requirements, the angle and height of the bracket can be adjusted to ensure that the sample receives uniform water mist spraying during the test.
5. Drainage system: The water sprayed during the testing process will be collected and discharged through the drainage system to prevent water from accumulating in the testing chamber and affecting the experimental results. The drainage system usually includes drainage channels, pipelines, and valves to ensure effective discharge of water.
The rain testing machine simulates rainfall environments of different intensities and methods to help enterprises and research institutions test the performance of products under rainwater erosion. Through this device, the waterproof, weather resistance, and safety of products can be comprehensively evaluated, and it is a tool for testing whether various products comply with international standards.
