1、 Precautions

1. The outer shell of the BX-200 portable electric constant temperature incubator must be effectively grounded.

2. This instrument should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. Flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials should not be placed around it.

3. This instrument does not have explosion-proof devices, and flammable and explosive materials cannot be placed in the studio.

4. The placement of items in the studio should not be too crowded, and should not exceed 70% of the shelf area, in order to facilitate heat circulation and ensure even heating of the items.

5. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a dust cover and oil should be applied to the electroplated parts, and placed in a dry room.

6. During use, the air vent should be opened appropriately to release any damp gas. Abnormal temperature changes should be promptly stopped for inspection.

7. When placing items, the power should be cut off.

8. It is strictly prohibited to place items on the furnace wire cover plate.

2. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

3、 Storage and transportation of BX-200 portable electric constant temperature incubator

This product should be stored in a dry and cool environment at -10~+40 ℃. During transportation, avoid collision and severe vibration, and prevent rain.

4、 Troubleshooting

1. Turn on the power, the power indicator light is not on. Check the power circuit and switch, and the fuse for any open circuit.

2. Turn on the power switch, the instrument does not display temperature rise, and there is no temperature rise in the working room. It is a broken circuit in the heater or switch and connecting circuit, which should be checked, repaired or replaced.

3. The temperature displayed on the instrument is much higher than the set value and does not decrease continuously, or the power switch is turned off and heating continues. It is due to thyristor breakdown or temperature controller failure, and should be replaced in a timely manner.
