The Sartorius electronic analytical balance is designed using electromagnetic force balance sensor technology
Date: 2025-04-17Read: 0
The Sartorius electronic analytical balance uses electromagnetic force balance sensor technology to accurately measure the mass of an object by detecting changes in electromagnetic force. When the object being measured is placed on the scale, gravity causes the scale to undergo slight deformation, which is converted into electrical signals by sensors and processed by internal circuits before being directly displayed in digital form on the screen. This design not only improves the accuracy and stability of measurements, but also greatly simplifies the complex leveling process of traditional mechanical scales.
Characteristics of electronic analytical balance:
1. High precision: capable of achieving an accuracy level of one ten thousandth of a gram or even higher, meeting the strict requirements for laboratory trace substance weighing.
2. Quick response: Compared with traditional mechanical scales, it has faster stabilization time and reading speed, improving work efficiency.
3. Automatic calibration: Most built-in automatic calibration functions can automatically adjust the zero point according to preset programs, reducing human error.
4. Multifunctionality: In addition to basic weighing, it can also switch between various modes such as percentage weighing, dynamic weighing, peak holding, etc., to adapt to different application scenarios.
5. Data interface: Typically equipped with RS232 or USB interfaces, it facilitates the connection of computers or other external devices, enabling real-time transmission and recording of data.
Precautions for using the Sartorius electronic analytical balance:
1. Environmental requirements: The electronic balance should be placed on a stable, flat, and vibration free workbench, avoiding direct sunlight and environments with large temperature fluctuations. Meanwhile, the indoor environment should be kept dry to avoid excessive humidity affecting the weighing results.
2. Operating standards: When using an electronic balance, the movement should be slow and light, avoiding severe vibration and impact. When picking up and placing the tested item, tools such as tweezers or gloves should be used to prevent direct contact with the scale pan by hand.
3. Regular maintenance: Clean and maintain the electronic balance regularly, including cleaning the scale pan and checking the sensitivity of the sensors. Meanwhile, it is recommended to undergo professional metrological certification or calibration at least once a year to ensure its accuracy.
4. Avoid overloading: Do not exceed the weighing range of the electronic balance to avoid damaging the sensor or other components.
5. Pay attention to static electricity elimination: When using in a dry environment, be careful to eliminate the influence of static electricity. Ionic wind anti-static devices or wearing anti-static wrist straps can be used to reduce static interference.
Proper use of the Sartorius electronic analytical balance and adherence to relevant precautions can ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.
