Functional principle
Anaerobic environment construction: Maintain anaerobic state inside the tank through catalytic deoxygenation system and automatic continuous circulation ventilation system. The automatic circulation ventilation system reduces the oxygen content inside the box to a very low level through three rounds of gas exhaust, two rounds of nitrogen purification, and pressure balance stages. Subsequently, the palladium catalyst reacts residual trace amounts of oxygen with hydrogen to generate water, which is then absorbed by a desiccant to create a stable low oxygen environment.
Environmental parameter control: Equipped with temperature control system, pressure regulation system, and humidity stabilization device, it can accurately maintain constant temperature, air pressure, and humidity inside the box. The temperature wall design avoids physical damage to the culture dish caused by temperature differences, while also preventing condensation water pollution caused by the evaporation of water in the culture medium.

Regular cleaning and disinfection: Clean the residue inside the box every week and use a sterile damp cloth or specialized cleaning agent to wipe the inner walls. Replace the filter element monthly and conduct deep ultraviolet disinfection every quarter.
Environmental parameter calibration: Check the accuracy of temperature and humidity sensors every month, and verify the sensitivity of gas sensors every six months. Record pressure gauge and flow meter readings daily to ensure stable gas environment.
Sealing test: Check the sealing strip and door lock device weekly, and conduct an overall air tightness test monthly. If aging or damaged parts are found, they need to be replaced immediately.
Safety precautions: Wear protective equipment during operation and regularly check power lines. Establish an emergency plan, equipped with emergency exhaust valves and pressure sensors.
