It provides great convenience for the adjustment, calibration, and troubleshooting of the tested network.

Preparatory use

1. Test preparation

After the instrument is powered on and preheated for 10 minutes, the brightness and focus can be adjusted to check the instrument

2. Frequency standard inspection

Set the frequency standard selection switch to 1MHz or 10MHz mode

3. Frequency offset inspection

When the frequency offset button is rotated from the minimum to the maximum, the frequency standard displayed on the fluorescent screen should meet the continuous adjustable range of ± 0.5MHz to ± 7.5MHz

4. Check the frequency range of the output sweep signal

Precautions

1. When connecting the frequency scanner to the circuit under test, consider impedance matching issues.

2. If the circuit being tested contains an open circuit cable and is directly connected to the instrument.

3. When displaying amplitude frequency, if abnormal and tortuous graphics are found, it indicates parasitic oscillations in the tested circuit, which should be eliminated before testing

4. During testing, the grounding wires of the output cable and detection probe should be as short as possible, and it is important to avoid adding wires to the detection head
