The high-temperature laser rangefinder achieves accurate long-distance measurement through laser ranging technology, significantly improving work efficiency and reducing operational risks.
Principle of laser phase ranging: Modulate the intensity of the emitted light wave with a low-frequency modulation signal, and indirectly obtain the distance to be measured by measuring the phase difference between the modulated light wave and the measured distance. By measuring the phase change of the laser beam between emission and reception, the distance of laser propagation can be calculated with high measurement accuracy.
Main functions
High temperature environment operation: Adopting dust-proof and waterproof design, it can operate stably in high temperature (such as above 40 ℃) environment, avoiding equipment damage due to high temperature. ‌
Long distance accurate measurement: Equipped with laser ranging function, it can measure key data such as wire sag and insulator spacing from 1000 meters away, avoiding manual close range operations. ‌
Real time data synchronization: Measurement data is transmitted in real-time through Bluetooth or APP, supporting historical data comparison and analysis, such as early detection of potential thermal expansion hazards in wires. ‌
Multi scenario adaptation: In addition to power inspection, it is also widely used in high-temperature operation scenarios such as equipment inspection and public safety monitoring. ‌
Application field
Steel metallurgy industry: used for detecting the position of steel billets in heating furnaces, measuring the liquid level of molten steel, measuring the length, width, and thickness dimensions of continuous casting billets, and measuring their positions, helping to achieve automated production and quality control.
Glass manufacturing industry: capable of measuring the height of glass liquid level, providing accurate data for liquid level control of glass melting furnaces, ensuring the stability of glass production process and product quality.
