Methane detectorIt is a specialized instrument used for real-time detection of methane gas concentration in the air, widely used in petroleum, chemical, coal mining and other scenarios. Its core function is to prevent risks such as explosions or poisoning caused by methane leaks, and to ensure the safety of personnel and production.

The core of a methane detector is a gas sensor, which converts the methane concentration signal into an electrical signal through the sensor, and then outputs it in the form of numerical, sound and light alarms after circuit processing.

Precautions for use:

1. Regular calibration:

2. Environmental adaptation:

3. Sensor maintenance:

Avoid contact with oil stains and high concentration corrosive gases to prevent sensor poisoning;

When not in use, portable instruments should be turned off and placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid long-term exposure to sunlight.

4. Alarm handling:

When the instrument alarms, the operation should be stopped immediately, evacuate to a safe area, and investigate the source of the leak;

If it is a fixed instrument alarm, the exhaust system needs to be activated in conjunction and enter the site only after the concentration drops to a safe value.
