The combustion and explosion of reaction vessels and centrifuges require three conditions simultaneously: combustible materials, oxygen, and ignition point. Preventing explosions essentially involves controlling these three factors. The feeding of various explosive materials in reaction vessels and centrifuges is generally uncontrollable. The ignition point is mainly controlled by various friction factors, such as uneven material distribution, eccentric operation, and excessive load on the drum, which can cause friction and fire between the drum and the casing; The fastening bolts of the centrifuge feeding tube are loose, causing sparks when colliding with the pusher. Controlling the explosion of reaction vessels and centrifuges requires strict control of the internal oxygen content,

At present, the common monitoring methods in the industry are nitrogen displacement protection and electrochemical oxygen analyzers with pre-treatment. The centrifuge and reaction kettle are controlled to have an oxygen concentration below 3% (which can be set according to demand) before operation. When the oxygen content exceeds the preset alarm value, real-time automatic alarm, nitrogen displacement, power-off protection and other functions can be provided according to demand.
