Fixed online odor gas monitoring device can accurately detect various odor gas components
Date: 2025-12-17Read: 0
The fixed online odor gas monitoring device adopts microelectromechanical system metal oxide sensor and solid-state electrochemical sensor technology, which can accurately detect various odor gas components, such as ammonia (NH2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), trimethylamine (TMA), methyl mercaptan (CH2SH), methyl sulfide (CH2SCH2), dimethyl disulfide (CH2SCH2), styrene (C2H2CH=CH2), carbon disulfide (CS2), etc. When these gases come into contact with sensors, they can trigger physical or chemical reactions, producing measurable signals.
Through the built-in high-performance microprocessor and excellent algorithms, real-time processing and analysis of data collected by sensors are carried out to provide accurate gas concentration data. Equipped with an intuitive touch screen display, real-time display of concentration values, variation curves, and analysis results of odorous gases. The device supports data storage and transmission functions, and can export monitoring data in file form for subsequent analysis and report generation.
Measurement steps for fixed online odor gas monitoring instrument:
1. Preparation work: Ensure that the monitor is in normal working condition, with sufficient battery or connected to a stable power source; Check if the equipment has been calibrated. If it has not been calibrated, follow the instructions for calibration.
2. Personal protection: Wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles to ensure the safety of operators.
3. Turn on the device: Turn on the power switch of the monitor according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Parameter settings: Set relevant parameters according to monitoring requirements, such as monitoring time intervals, alarm thresholds, etc.
5. Placement of instruments: Place the monitoring instrument in an area that can fully receive the odor gas samples to be detected, paying attention to avoiding local high concentration emission sources, strong airflow interference areas, and other locations that affect data accuracy.
6. Start monitoring: Wait for the monitor to collect samples and analyze them, while observing the display screen or indicator lights to obtain real-time monitoring data and alarm prompts.
7. Data processing: Record the data obtained from monitoring, including time, monitoring values, etc., and analyze them based on these data to assess potential risks and take corresponding measures.
8. Turn off the device: After the monitoring is completed, turn off the power switch of the monitor according to the instructions.
