This guide explains in concise stepsPersonal dose alarm deviceThe operation process is suitable for daily use scenarios related to radiation protection.
1、 Check before startup
Check the appearance of the instrument, confirm that the casing is not damaged, the display screen is not scratched, and the buttons are not stuck.
Confirm that the battery is fully charged. If the battery indicator light flashes or displays low battery, it is necessary to replace it with a battery of the same specification in a timely manner.
Check whether the dose rate alarm threshold and cumulative dose alarm threshold are preset safety standard values. If there is any deviation, record it first and adjust it after startup.
2、 Power on and parameter confirmation
Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, wait for the display screen to light up and the instrument to emit a short prompt sound, then enter the work interface.
Check the current dose rate, cumulative dose, alarm threshold and other parameters displayed on the interface, and confirm that the values are displayed normally without garbled characters.
If you need to adjust the alarm threshold, press the settings button to enter the parameter setting interface, select the target threshold through the up and down keys, and press the confirm button to save.
3、 Wear and use
Choose the wearing position based on the usage scenario: for routine tasks, wear it on the outside of the chest clothing; When working in a high radiation environment, wear it near the radiation source according to protective regulations.
After the instrument enters the working state, it monitors the surrounding radiation dose rate in real time. When the value reaches the preset alarm threshold, the instrument will sound and light an alarm.
During the homework process, the display screen data can be viewed at any time to record the cumulative dose changes during the homework period.
4、 Shutdown and data recording
After the homework is completed, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn off the device. Some models of instruments will automatically save the accumulated dose data for this homework.
To export data, you canPersonal dose alarm deviceConnect to the computer via a data cable and use the accompanying software to read and save data records.
After shutting down, wipe off the dust and stains on the surface of the instrument and store it properly in a dry, dark storage box.
Operation precautions
The instrument is prohibited from falling or colliding, avoiding contact with water, oil, corrosive liquids, and preventing damage to internal components.
Do not disassemble the instrument by yourself, calibration and maintenance must be completed by professional personnel or manufacturer after-sales service.
Regularly calibrate and test instruments to ensure measurement accuracy meets relevant standard requirements.
