Fully automatic blowing and capturing deviceIt is an efficient and accurate sample pretreatment equipment widely used in environmental monitoring, food safety, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, especially for trace analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and semi volatile organic compounds (SVOCs). Its core working principle is based on a three-stage process of "blowing capture analysis": firstly, the sample is continuously blown with high-purity inert gases (such as nitrogen and helium) to transfer the target component from the liquid or solid phase to the gas phase; Subsequently, the airflow containing VOCs is passed through a capture tube filled with adsorbents (such as activated carbon, polymer resin) to achieve concentration and enrichment of the target substance; Finally, the capture tube is rapidly heated to allow VOCs to undergo thermal analysis and enter gas chromatography (GC) or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) for qualitative and quantitative analysis along with the carrier gas.
Here are the operationsFully automatic blowing and capturing deviceGeneral steps guide:
1. Preparation stage
Check the status of the instrument: First, confirm that the instrument is in good working condition. Ensure that the power connection is normal, the battery is fully charged or directly connected to the power adapter. Check if all connections are tight, especially the gas interface and capture medium.
Prepare samples: Prepare liquid or solid samples according to experimental requirements, and ensure that the sample container is clean and free of contamination.
2. Parameter settings
Set operating parameters: Set parameters such as capture time, purge flow rate, temperature, etc. through the touch screen interface. Ensure that the selected parameters are suitable for your specific experimental requirements.
3. Sample injection
Sample injection:
Liquid sample: Turn the three-way valve above the purge tube to the injection position, inject the liquid sample into the purge tube with a syringe, and then quickly turn the three-way valve back to the measurement position.
Solid sample: If processing a solid sample, it needs to be placed in a heated sample bottle, and distilled water should be added followed by magnetic stirring for mixing and blowing.
4. Automatic blowing and capturing process
Start the instrument: In automatic mode, switch the status button to "automatic" and press the "run" button to start the entire blowing and trapping process.
Monitoring operation: Real time monitoring of instrument operation to ensure stable parameters and observe for any abnormal alarm prompts.
5. Analysis completed
Beep reminder: After the instrument completes the blowing and capturing process, it will emit a buzzing sound to remind the user to pay attention.
Resume Idle: Press the cancel button to return the instrument to idle mode and prepare for the next sample processing.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
Data analysis: Analyze the captured samples and record the results. Use different methods and techniques for particle analysis as needed.
Interpretation of Results: Explain and analyze the results, and form conclusions based on experimental objectives and research questions.
Data report: Organize experimental results into a clear and accurate report, including charts or statistical analysis if necessary.
7. Maintenance and upkeep
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the inside and outside of the instrument, replace consumables such as capture tubes, filter cotton, and sealing gaskets to ensure long-term effective operation.
