  Analytical tube activatorIt is a professional instrument used in the analysis and detection fields such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry to activate analytical tubes, playing an indispensable role in improving analysis accuracy and sensitivity. It mainly preprocesses the analytical tube by precisely controlling parameters such as temperature and gas flow rate. Under high temperature conditions, combined with specific carrier gases (such as nitrogen and helium) for purging, impurities, moisture, and other adsorbed substances that may exist inside the analytical tube are removed to restore it to its initial clean and highly active state, preparing for accurate adsorption and analysis of the target compound in the future.
It generally consists of heating system, gas control system, temperature monitoring and control system, and analytical tube loading device.
