1. Monthly/after 100 uses
Replace consumables:
Consumable parts such as capture tubes, filter cotton, and sealing gaskets need to be replaced regularly (such as replacing the capture tube after capturing 50 samples).
Check and clean the air path filter to prevent particle blockage.
Calibration parameters:
Use standard samples (such as VOCs standard gas of known concentration) to verify the accuracy of the instrument and calibrate the quantitative curve.
Check the accuracy of the flow controller and compare and correct it with a standard flow meter if necessary.
2. Before quarterly/long-term discontinuation
Deep cleaning:
Disassemble the pipeline, treat the metal parts with an ultrasonic cleaner, air dry and reassemble.
Perform high-temperature activation regeneration on the capture tube (operate in an anaerobic environment to avoid combustion).
Functional testing:
Run a no-load test to check the smoothness of the air circuit and the stability of temperature control (such as whether the heating module can reach the set temperature within ± 5 ℃).
The blank value of the verification system (i.e. the response value when there is no sample) should be below the detection limit (e.g.<0.1 ng/L).
3. Annual maintenance
Professional maintenance:
Contact the manufacturer or authorized service provider for a comprehensive inspection, with a focus on checking the lifespan of sensors (such as pressure and temperature probes) and solenoid valves.
Replace aging wires, seals, and lubricate transmission components (such as peristaltic pumps and robotic arms).
Software update:
Upgrade control program, fix potential vulnerabilities, optimize collection parameter settings.
