Installation environment requirements for non methane total hydrocarbon monitoring instrument
Date: 2025-11-05Read: 0
Non methane total hydrocarbon monitoring instrumentThe detection accuracy and long-term stability are highly dependent on the adapted installation environment. Inappropriate environment can lead to data drift and equipment failure. The core requirements are clarified from the dimensions of space, temperature and humidity, and anti-interference.
1、 Basic installation space requirements
Installation location: A well ventilated and unobstructed flat tabletop or wall should be selected, with a reserved operating space of ≥ 50cm around the equipment for easy maintenance, calibration, and heat dissipation in the later stage.
Bearing and fixing: If it is a desktop device, the load-bearing capacity of the installation table should be ≥ 1.5 times the weight of the device; Wall mounted installation requires confirmation of the load-bearing capacity of the wall, and the use of expansion bolts for fixation to avoid equipment loosening and displacement.
Avoid hazardous areas: It is prohibited to install in areas with high risk of flammable and explosive gas leakage, high concentration of corrosive gases, and away from the exhaust outlet of production equipment to prevent direct interference of sample gas with detection.
2、 Temperature and humidity control standards
Temperature requirement: The ambient temperature should be stable between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, avoiding drastic temperature fluctuations (temperature difference ≤ 5 ℃ per hour). If the ambient temperature exceeds the range, constant temperature air conditioning or heating/cooling auxiliary equipment should be equipped.
Humidity requirements: The relative humidity should be controlled between 30% and 80% (without condensation). Dehumidifiers should be installed in high humidity environments, and appropriate humidification can be used in low humidity environments (≤ 30%) to prevent internal components of the equipment from being affected by moisture or static interference.
3、 Anti interference and supporting requirements
Stable power supply: Use an independent regulated power supply to supply power, and the voltage fluctuation range should be controlled within 220V ± 10% to avoid sharing the same circuit with high-power equipment (such as motors and heaters) and prevent voltage drops from affecting equipment operation.
Stay away from electromagnetic interference: The installation location should be kept away from strong electromagnetic sources (such as transformers and high-frequency equipment), with a distance of ≥ 3 meters, to prevent electromagnetic signal interference with the sensors and data acquisition modules of the monitoring instrument.
Sample gas conditions: If it is online monitoring, it is necessary to ensure that there is no leakage in the sample gas delivery pipeline, and that the temperature and pressure of the sample gas meet the equipment requirements (usually requiring pre-treatment to room temperature and atmospheric pressure), to avoid high dust and high humidity sample gas directly entering the equipment.
