According to GB/T14699.1, take representative samples, reduce them to 200g by quartering, crush them, pass them all through a 1mm sieve, mix well, and put them into a ground bottle for later use. Prevent sample contamination during the sample preparation process.

4. Method Summary

Fluoroquinolone drugs in feed were extracted with N, N-dimethylformamide 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, and the extract was purified by Qasis HLB solid-phase extraction column extraction. The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method was specified, and the external standard method was used for quantification.
