1、 System composition and wiring instructions

This system mainly consists of the following parts:

1. High voltage test chamber: equipped with high voltage electrodes, low voltage electrodes, and organic glass oil box, used to store samples and transformer oil.

2. Computer control unit: through14The core data cable connects the host and the instrument control board to achieve fully digital control and data acquisition.

3. Power supply and safety protection:

Using a three core plug for connection220VPower supply, ensure reliable grounding.

Built in leakage protection circuit breaker, which is closed for power supply after wiring is completed, providing the first line of protection for operation.

4. Electrode configuration:

The high voltage end (above) and the low voltage end (below) are both connected to the high voltage line and the low voltage line through fish mouth clamps.

2、 Overview of Operation Process

Step 1: Preparation and Startup

1. After connecting all the lines, close the leakage protection switch.

2. Turn on the power with the key on the main interface of the instrument and open the door of the test chamber with both hands.

Step 2: Sample and Oil Box Preparation

1. Inject into the oil box25Transformer oil, the oil level needs to be fully immersed in the electrodes.

2. Translate into English100mm×10mmThe sample is placed in two φ25mmBetween the electrodes.

3. Close the box door tightly to ensure a sealed testing environment.

Step 3: Software setup and communication test

1. Start the computer software and select the "Communication Experiment" mode.

2. Set parameters:

Test type: Transformer oil test(5kVThe following optional air test is available.

Electrode type: spherical/Circular electrode.

Sample thickness: for example0.2mm.

Boosting rate: for example0.5kV/s.

3. After saving the parameters, click OK.

4. Press the high voltage start button on the instrument panel, and the test will automatically proceed.

5. Real time display of voltage by software-Current curve and record breakdown data, multiple sets of tests can be conducted continuously.

Step 4: DC test switching

1. Before conducting a DC test, it is necessary to unscrew the short-circuit pin on the high voltage end (remove it from the upper hole).

2. After placing the sample and closing the door, activate the AC test interface in the software first, and then switch to the "DC test" mode.

3. The system automatically starts the DC device and releases residual charges through the white discharge rod contacting the high voltage end to ensure safety.

1. Gate controlled high voltage protection: Once the test chamber door is opened, the high voltage will automatically cut off to prevent accidental contact.

2. Double grounding protection: The power grounding wire is reliably connected to the ground, and the instrument casing is grounded.

5、 Warm reminder

Before the experiment, please make sure to check the grounding wire and oil level to ensure safety and testing accuracy.

After the DC test, the discharge status can be checked through software to ensure that the high voltage end is fully depressurized before opening the box.
