2007 - 2012
I am pursuing a master's and doctoral degree in the Graduate School of Medicine at Osaka University in Japan, with a focus on regenerative medicine such as immunotherapy and cell therapy for cancer.
In April 2010, served as the President of the Osaka University Chinese Students' Alumni Association (1 year)
2012 - 2016
After graduating from Osaka University in March 2012 with a medical doctorate degree, he joined the AS ONE team in April of the same year.
After graduation, I was awarded the 2011 National Outstanding Self funded Student Scholarship by the China Scholarship Council.
In April 2016, he served as the 8th President of the Chinese Association for Life Sciences in Japan (2 years).
-Until now
I have been engaged in the research and application of fully automated high-throughput screening technology for monoclonal antibodies for over 10 years.
The developed device AS ONE Cell Picking System is used by many well-known pharmaceutical companies and university users in Japan.

In this season of refreshing and fruitful autumn, we welcome the grand convening of the 7th Golden Autumn October Antibody Drug Industry Development Conference.
The purpose of this conference is to gather industry elites to jointly explore the latest developments and future trends in the antibody drug industry, and promote innovative development in the field of biomedicine.
We are honored to have Dr. Yu Tao introduce the fully automated high-throughput screening device for Asuwang monoclonal antibodies - the micro pore technology of the AS ONE Cell system, which is changing the way monoclonal antibodies are screened.
This technology not only greatly improves screening efficiency, but also ensures the high quality and specificity of antibodies.
Next, let's take a look at the principle, equipment performance, comparison with traditional methods, and customer experimental data of the AS ONE Cell system for screening monoclonal antibodies.

Product principle:
Micro porous chip: using a micro porous chip with 200000 to 300000 micro pores on the surface, used for adding samples (such as B cells or plasma cells).
Fluorescence scanning: The device can perform fluorescence scanning and simultaneously scan three fluorescent molecules to recover specific cells.
Product performance:
Recycling cells: Cells secreting monoclonal antibodies can be recovered from tens or hundreds of thousands of cells.
Scope of application: including gene analysis of single cells, cloning of stem cells, pharmacological testing of iPS cell differentiation, etc.
Efficient screening: One chip is equivalent to 2000 96 well plates, and sorting can be completed within three hours.
High sensitivity: can recover cells with a proportion of less than 0.01%, causing minimal damage to cells.
Compared with traditional methods:
Secreted antibodies: Micropore technology mainly performs secreted antibody screening, while traditional flow cytometry mainly performs membrane surface antibody screening.
High secretion detection: It can recover B cells or absorbing cells secreting specific antibodies and detect their high secretion.
Time cost: Traditional methods require two months of screening, while using this product can be completed in two weeks.

experimental case
Taking the Hokkaido NB Health Research Institute as an example, they used our equipment to screen B cells in mice.
In just 45 minutes, 500 antibody secreting cells were successfully detected and recovered from 150000 cells.
Further analysis showed that among the 46 highly secreted cells, 41 samples were successfully amplified after reverse transcription and weight/light amplification, with an amplification rate of up to 89%.
Subsequently, these 41 samples were used to produce antibodies, of which 37 samples showed specific binding with a success rate of up to 90%.

In addition, our equipment also has good stability and repeatability. In multiple experiments, we have consistently maintained a high level of screening efficiency and accuracy.
This is thanks to our advanced microporous technology and precise fluorescence scanning system. The microporous technology for screening single antibody products has the characteristics of high efficiency, sensitivity, and wide applicability. Compared with traditional methods, it has obvious advantages and has been recognized and applied by many well-known enterprises and research institutes.
It is worth mentioning that our equipment also has a wide range of application prospects. In addition to screening monoclonal antibodies, it can also be used in fields such as gene analysis of single cells, cloning of stem cells, and pharmacological testing of iPS cell differentiation.
Overall, our AS ONE Cell microporous technology from Asuwang provides an efficient, precise, and flexible method for screening monoclonal antibodies.
Through our equipment, researchers can greatly shorten screening time, improve screening efficiency, and accelerate the development process of new drugs. We believe that our microporous technology will play an increasingly important role in future biomedical research.

In the warm atmosphere of the 7th Golden Autumn October Antibody Drug Industry Development Conference, we at Asuwang feel honored to share and discuss the latest developments and future trends of the antibody drug industry with colleagues in the industry.
Through today's introduction and exchange, I believe everyone has gained a deeper understanding of the microporous technology of AS ONE Cell.
Although the conference has come to an end, Asuwang's pursuit of technological innovation and excellent quality never stops.
We sincerely invite colleagues to continue to pay attention to the development of Asuwang and witness the brilliant blooming of more technological innovation achievements in the field of antibody drug research and development together.
