X-ray porosity analyzerIt is a non-destructive testing equipment based on X-ray imaging technology, which analyzes the absorption characteristics of materials to X-rays, accurately quantifies the internal pore structure, and is widely used in quality control and scientific research analysis in fields such as glass ceramics, metal materials, composite materials, and geological rock cores. The equipment uses a microfocus X-ray source to emit high-energy radiation, which penetrates the sample and is then attenuated by a high-resolution detector. There are differences in the absorption of X-rays by materials with different densities. The lower density in the pore area leads to an increase in the transmitted radiation intensity. The system calculates the attenuation coefficient of each area and generates a high-resolution digital model using a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm to visually present the size, shape, distribution, and connectivity of the pores. For example, in glass container inspection, small holes with a diameter of 0.1mm or more can be clearly identified.
