Introduction to the complete set of equipment

1. The materials are manually fed into the feeding port, which is equipped with a feeding port, an anti dust bag opening station, and a dust removal system. The raw material potassium nitrate is transported by screw to the bag opening station, which is designed separately with timed pulse blowback.

2. The bag opening dust removal station of the buffer silo is designed separately to meet the dust removal requirements for continuous entry of raw materials into the buffer silo.

3. After manual measurement, the material is amplified and fed into the premix machine for automatic mixing.

4. The static weighing system adopts a spiral automatic feeding device, with twin-screw feeding. The feeding motor drives the screw to rotate and feed the weighing hopper.

5. The screw belt mixer used in the material mixing system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door by the main control system. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally to ensure uniform mixing. Spiral belt mixing mechanism, designed with *, allows for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, enabling rapid and uniform mixing.

6. Unload the mixed materials into the transition bin.

7. Multi point feeding screw, all made of 304 stainless steel structure, evenly feeds the packaging machine, and the material bin is equipped with material level control. PLC control, reserve one outlet.

8. The packaging machine adopts spiral automatic feeding and variable frequency speed regulation to achieve fast and slow addition to meet the requirements of weighing effect and accuracy. The sensor and its suspension device, as well as the core control part, adopt advanced electronic weighing technology and highly intelligent weighing controller; Automatic statistics of the number and quantity of packages loaded; Fast measurement speed, high accuracy, long-term stable and reliable performance, pneumatic bag clamping device, manual bagging, pneumatic bag clamping, automatic bag dropping. There is a fault self detection function that can automatically detect the status of each action, including fast adding, medium adding, slow adding, weighing, stabilizing, bagging, unloading, and bagging.

Performance Characteristics

1. The feeding and packaging parts are equipped with pulse dust removal systems, while the rest are fully sealed to prevent dust spillage.

2. The batching system adopts vector static weighing, with fast and slow two-stage feeding, high batching accuracy and fast speed.

3. The silo contains arch breaking and vibration feeding mechanisms to ensure that the materials do not bridge over.

4. The mixer adopts a double screw belt mixing method, and the material moves in three dimensions inside, resulting in high mixing uniformity.

5. The packaging scale adopts a dual frequency conversion fast and slow feeding method, with fast packaging speed and high accuracy.

6. The sealing adopts heat sealing or seam sealing method. The whole machine adopts a quick installation structure, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

8. The electronic control adopts a computer PLC control system, which has a high degree of automation and saves labor.
