On the afternoon of April 3rd, the 6th Workers' (Members') Representative Conference of the 6th Committee of Anhui Tiankang Group Trade Union was successfully held at the Group Conference Center. Thirdly, we should focus on the harmony and stability of the group, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and strive to create a new environment for stable development; The group trade union should aim to effectively enhance the sense of gain, happiness, and security of the majority of employees, and continuously create a new environment for stable development. Fourthly, we should focus on the safety production of the group, strengthen occupational health management, and strive to build a new pattern of safety production; The group trade union should actively carry out occupational health and safety protection work, safeguard the life and property safety of the majority of employees, and provide escort for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. The fifth is to focus on the group's technological innovation, actively create new quality productivity, and strive to open up new paths for innovative development; The group trade union should closely focus on innovation and research work, closely integrate the focus of work with the group's innovative development, and drive the high-quality development of the group with innovation.

The chairman of the trade union, Yu Zhengjiang, presented the "2023 Trade Union Work Report" at the meeting and made arrangements for the work of the trade union in 2024. At the same time, he reported on the construction of the group's "Workers' Home" and the democratic evaluation of the trade union chairman. The meeting approved and signed the "Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., Ltd. Salary Special Collective Contract", "Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., Ltd. General Manager Mao Wenwen signed the "Three Contracts and One Method" with the union committee and employee (member) representatives in Zhengjiang.

The conference presented awards to advanced collectives and exemplary individual who won the honor of the trade union system in 2023.
