Fully automatic robot parallel high-pressure reactorThe system has implemented a series of traditional kettle experimental steps that require manual operation, such as automatic lid closing and tightening, automatic inflation, automatic temperature control reaction, automatic cooling and deflation, and automatic lid opening, greatly freeing up the hands of researchers and eliminating personal safety risks caused by high-risk experiments. Single station and multi station parallel versions are available, with a maximum of 24 station parallel designs. Choose multiple materials for the kettle body, such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, titanium alloy TA2, etc; Compatible with magnetic stirring and magnetic coupling mechanical stirring; The kettle body can have a capacity of 25-500mL, and can be flexibly matched with reaction kettle units of different materials, models, and configurations.
Five major application scenarios:
Unmanned experiment: hydrogen addition/oxidation reaction
Synthetic selection: High throughput of new materials
Intelligent Security Research: High Risk Processes
Self optimization: AI driven process parameters
Key material development: high-energy materials/new energy
Before the experiment, liquid and solid reactants only need to be added to each kettle body, and the system will automatically transport the kettle body to the inside of the device. Through a high-precision robotic arm system and a self-developed fastening system, the lid tightening operation is completed, and the airtightness of the reaction kettle is checked according to the set program. The air inside the kettle is discharged and the reaction gas at the specified pressure is filled. Next, the robotic arm places the reaction kettle in the heating furnace and automatically starts the heating and temperature control program. After the reaction is complete, the robotic arm can remove the kettle body from the heating furnace and place it in the cooling station to quickly cool down. When the temperature drops to around room temperature, it will automatically release the pressure inside the kettle and open the lid, and return the kettle body containing the reaction product to its initial position.
