How to operate and maintain the touch screen low-speed milk fat centrifuge correctly
Date: 2025-11-21Read: 1
Touchscreen low-speed milk fat centrifugeWidely applicable to industries such as teaching, scientific research, biochemical products, medical inspection, food safety, agricultural product testing, animal husbandry and aquatic product testing, microbiology, molecular chemistry, environmental protection, quality inspection, etc. Large screen true color LCD display screen, full touch screen operation interface; Microcomputer control, brushless AC variable frequency motor drive, high speed accuracy, low noise; Programmable operation, multiple speed options for lifting and lowering; Can independently set centrifugal force and speed and display them on the same screen; Equipped with DCT (Differential Centrifugation Technology) and differential centrifugation application technology.
How to operate and maintain the touch screen low-speed milk fat centrifuge correctly:
Touchscreen low-speed centrifuges are usually equipped with intuitive color LCD touch interfaces. During operation, parameters such as speed, centrifugation time, temperature, etc. can be easily set and modified through the touch screen. Some models also support programmatic control, allowing users to store and call specific centrifugation programs to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of experiments.
Before setting parameters, it is necessary to understand the compatibility between the sample and the centrifuge to avoid sample breakage or equipment failure caused by overspeed. According to the experimental requirements, set the rotational speed (usually between 1000-5000 revolutions per minute), centrifugation time (several minutes to 30 minutes), and temperature (such as 4 ℃ or room temperature) through the touch interface. After setting up, confirm that the parameters are correct before starting the centrifuge.
Daily maintenance steps:
Cleaning: After each use, wipe the inside and rotor of the centrifuge with a soft cloth to avoid using rough or damp materials. Regularly disinfect the inner wall with 2% glutaraldehyde or 75% alcohol.
Inspection: Regularly check whether the rotor has corrosion or cracks, whether the centrifuge tube is damaged, and whether the fasteners are loose. Ensure that the pneumatic support rod of the door cover and the door lock switch are working properly.
Lubrication and Calibration: Regularly replace lubricating oil according to equipment requirements and calibrate the speed every six months.
Ventilation and heat dissipation: Regularly remove dust from ventilation windows and condensers to ensure effective heat dissipation.
