The rotary oven reactor is mainly used for continuous rotation, uniform drying, and heating of special workpieces in the oven. It ensures that materials or chemicals can be uniformly mixed and reacted during the heating process by rotating the workpiece in the oven, thereby improving reaction efficiency and product quality.
The core of a rotary oven reactor is to place the reactor inside a rotatable oven and achieve uniform rotation of the reactor body through motor drive. During the rotation process, the materials inside the kettle are fully mixed under centrifugal force, while the oven provides a constant heating environment to ensure that the reaction occurs in a uniform temperature field. This design not only solves the problem of uneven material mixing in traditional static reactions, but also avoids side reactions or product decomposition caused by local overheating.
The rotary oven reactor consists of a furnace body, a rotating device, a heating device, and a control system. The outer shell frame is welded from special-shaped steel, and the inner wall is made of high-temperature stainless steel or carbon steel. The lining is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber needle punched cotton, which has good insulation and thermal insulation effects. The furnace door and shell are also made of steel welded frames, and the outer wall is made of cold-rolled steel plates to ensure the stability and uniformity of the furnace.
The rotary oven reaction kettle is controlled by the mechanical transmission part to evenly heat the workpiece during the rotation process. The heating element adopts strip or tubular electric heating elements, arranged on both sides of the furnace. The temperature control system uses PID zero crossing triggered thyristors to ensure that the workpiece does not exceed the temperature limit. The fan device and air guide system further ensure even distribution of heat and improve heating efficiency.
Application scenarios
