The high and low temperature test chamber is a commonly used test chamber product, mainly designed for adaptability testing of electrical and electronic products, as well as their components and other materials during transportation and use in a comprehensive environment of high and low temperatures. How should users operate high and low temperature test chamber products? Below, the editor will introduce the operating procedures of the high and low temperature impact test chamber in detail, hoping to help everyone.

1、 Preprocessing
Place the test sample under normal atmospheric conditions until the temperature stabilizes.
2、 Initial detection
High and low temperature impact test chamber test process:
1. Place the required items in the test chamber and raise the temperature inside the chamber to 70 ℃ for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is longer.
2. After the high temperature stage, transfer the test sample to a low-temperature test chamber (room) that has been adjusted to -55 ℃ within 5 minutes, and maintain it for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches temperature stability, whichever is longer.
3. After the low-temperature stage is completed, transfer the test sample to a high-temperature test chamber (room) that has been adjusted to 70 ℃ within 5 minutes, and maintain it for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches temperature stability, whichever is longer.
4. Repeat the above experimental method to complete three cycles. (Note: For large or heavy test samples, the conversion time from one test chamber to another can be determined by relevant standards or technical documents according to the actual required minimum time.).
3、 After the experiment is completed, the tested sample will be restored
After the test sample is taken out of the test chamber, it should be restored under normal test atmospheric conditions until the test sample reaches temperature stability.

According to the requirements of industry standard 3.5.7 in GJB150.1-86.
