My name is Su Guowen, and I am pursuing a master's degree at Yunnan University. My research focuses on the preparation and physical properties of precious metal sulfides.

When I first joined the research group, the first device I learned about was the BTF-1200C-II tube furnace from Beike. This model of furnace does not have the glow enhancement part. We borrowed from another Beike BTF-1200C-II-SL-PECVD equipment in the laboratory, purchased Beike's RF power supply and coils, and modified the original tube furnace into a tube furnace with plasma enhancement. This is very helpful for my experiment to grow two-dimensional precious metal sulfides. It is worth mentioning that Beike's furnace temperature control is very accurate. I have conducted such an experiment by purchasing a thermocouple myself and connecting it to a digital multimeter to measure the temperature of the furnace heating. After comparison, I found that the error was only 2-3 ℃, indicating that the furnace temperature control is still quite accurate. In addition, the insulation of the furnace is very good, and the service life of the equipment will be longer.

Now I have been studying for three years, and in the past two years, Beike's furnace has been a key equipment for me to prepare materials. I have successfully prepared both precious metal sulfides and other TMDS materials using Beike's tube furnace. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Shi Jiancheng, the engineer at Beike. Whenever I have any equipment issues, I always seek his advice. Mr. Shi always responds actively and helps me solve problems.
