High pressure steam sterilizerComposed of sterilization room, control system, overvoltage protection device, etc. The use of high-temperature saturated steam can denature microbial proteins and cause microbial death within a certain period of time, achieving the purpose of sterilizing moisture and heat resistant items.

Standard Operating Procedure:
Preparation work:
Add water: Inject distilled water into the outer pot until the water level is level with the shelf, avoiding the use of tap water to prevent scaling.
Loading items:
Place items with a gap of ≥ 2cm to ensure steam penetration;
The liquid level of the liquid bottle should be ≤ 2/3, and the bottle cap should be loosened by half a circle to prevent bursting.
Sealing and exhaust:
Align the lid and body of the pot, symmetrically tighten the bolts to a sealed state;
Exclude cold air (key steps):
When heated to a pressure of 0.03MPa, open the exhaust valve to release cold air and continue until the pressure returns to zero before closing;
Select the corresponding program for automatic exhaust models (such as pulsating vacuum mode).
Sterilization stage:
Raise the temperature to the target parameter (121 ℃/0.1MPa for conventional items) and maintain it for 15-30 minutes;
Real time monitoring of pressure gauge, safety valve should automatically release pressure (≥ 0.15MPa) when overpressure occurs.
Pressure reduction and removal:
Natural cooling: Turn off the heat source and wait for the pressure gauge to return to zero (about 20-40 minutes);
Opening operation: After confirming that the pressure is zero, slowly loosen the bolt to open the cover to avoid steam burns;
Liquid items should be left to stand for 10 minutes before moving to prevent boiling.
