The automatic transformer oil detection device is a device that integrates automatic sampling, detection, and analysis functions, used to monitor the quality indicators of transformer oil in real time, evaluate the insulation performance and operating status of transformers, and prevent potential faults. Mainly used for real-time monitoring of the insulation oil status of oil immersed power equipment, by detecting parameters such as dissolved gas composition, moisture, temperature, etc. in the oil, evaluating the equipment's operating status and warning potential faults.
Use differential pressure pump suction or quantitative tube sampling to ensure the accuracy and consistency of each sampling. Rapid separation of dissolved gases from oil can be achieved through techniques such as vacuum environment, magnetic stirring, or oil-water separation columns. Using the principle of gas chromatography analysis, qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the separated gas to determine the content of gas components. By applying an alternating electric field, the dielectric loss current and capacitance current of transformer oil are measured, and then parameters such as dielectric loss factor and capacitance are calculated. By using gas humidity sensors and gas flow sensors, the humidity and flow rate of the carrier gas are detected in real time, thereby calculating the trace moisture content in the oil.
