The total hydrocarbon analyzer realizes the intelligence of hydrocarbon analysis

The total carbon hydrogen analyzer can be widely used in sectors such as coal, power fuels, electricity, economy and trade, scientific research, and petrochemicals. The Coulomb method is used as the basic method, and single-chip microcomputer technology is utilized to achieve intelligent and automated carbon and hydrogen analysis.

The total hydrocarbon analyzer adopts the Coulomb analysis method with controlled current, and the water generated by the reaction is carried by a carrier gas(Oxygen) is brought into the Pt-P2O5 electrolytic cell and reacts with P2O5 to generate phosphoric acid. The phosphoric acid is electrolyzed, and the electrolysis is terminated when the electrolysis current drops to the endpoint current. The single-chip microcomputer integrates the amount of electricity consumed in the electrolysis process and converts the integrated value of this electricity into the mass of hydrogen and carbon (milligrams) in real time, and then displays the percentage content of carbon and hydrogen. The measurement results are calculated and printed in the form of air dry basis and dry basis. When there is no air dry basis moisture data, the total hydrogen value and air dry basis carbon value are printed.

Structural characteristics of total hydrocarbon analyzer:

1. The total hydrocarbon analyzer can continuously measure and detect the concentration of hydrocarbons in the gas flow, as well as measure the content of CO and CO2.

2. The total hydrocarbon analyzer is equipped with an electromagnetic valve, which can automatically calibrate the range and zero point. In addition, the instrument is equipped with an electronic flow meter, which makes the sample gas flow more stable and the measurement more accurate.

3. The total hydrocarbon analyzer is equipped with a built-in FID detector and uses digital ignition. By touching the display screen, it can observe whether the flame has been successfully ignited, a stable ignition gas path, flame extinction, and alarm activation, which will automatically cut off the gas and sample gas paths.

4. The total hydrocarbon analyzer is equipped with flow controllers for all pipelines and has 20 fault codes, which can quickly identify and correct faults. The system alarm relay provides passive contacts, high and low alarms, fault alarms, sample gas breakage alarms, zero gas breakage alarms, range gas breakage alarms, and flame extinguishing alarms.
