On the basis of the success of AGC 100 argon chromatograph, AGC company has developed a new NovachromoM 2000 argon chromatograph. NovaCHROM2000 chromatograph is AGC's work in the field of high-sensitivity gas chromatography, especially in the analysis of high-purity argon impurities, for many years. It adopts advanced technology to provide accurate results for our customers and meets the needs of easy operation and maintenance.
NovaCHROM2000 uses the most mature methods in the industry to control the quality of gas:
New generation argon discharge detector (ADD). Measure impurity components at ppb level: H2, 02, N2, CH4, CO, and CO2. The interactive touch screen adopts an easy-to-use interface as a guide, making training simple. This also allows operators to apply it freely and ensures that the NovaCHROM2000 chromatograph can provide you with good protection at any time.

working principle
The NovaCHROM 2000 gas chromatograph generates ionization reactions by passing gas through a high-energy electromagnetic field, which transforms the gas into a plasma state and releases photons. When the gas components of the sample are gradually separated from the chromatographic column, the light intensity will change, and the release intensity of light can be detected by a highly sensitive tuned photodiode. The output of the tuned photodiode is converted into a millivolt voltage signal and detected by an external data acquisition system, such as the AGCTrendVisionPLUS chromatography workstation software.
The interface of the large color touch screen provides an easy-to-use automation system that can provide multi-faceted control to achieve precise monitoring at all times. The fast start-up time, rapid response and performance of the detector, electronic pressure control system (EPC), etc., all enable NovaCHROM 2000 to achieve fast, accurate, and simple operation. In addition, independent column boxes and temperature control can maintain very stable accuracy and repeatability of chromatography.
The use of a pulldown front panel facilitates the maintenance of electronic components, chromatography columns, and control analysis units, allowing the instrument to perform interference free detection operations in situ, making repair and maintenance very convenient. Using xenon gas as the carrier gas, coupled with low gas consumption, NovaCHROM 2000 provides a low-cost and long-life detection platform.
The comprehensive diagnosis and structural alarm system can accurately locate all areas that need to be confirmed within the instrument, thereby quickly identifying and responding to all problems that arise. Based on these characteristics, the NoVaCHROM 2000 is capable of long-term unmanned operation. This makes the chromatography platform very flexible and powerful, meeting the strict requirements for precise operation. In addition, it can be easily connected to the instrument room or DCS through 4-20mA, Profibus Modbus, and RS-485 protocols.
